Oliver believes from the way he looked at her that Matthias was surprised when Felicity announced one final test.

Felicity leads him back to the interview room where they began.

She has Oliver log into one of the terminals on the desk.  It brings up the following:

Felicity pulls up a chair and sits right next to Oliver, so close the chairs are actually touching.

She points at the screen, “choose one.”
