H-013: Thickth Bar, The Big Room

Though anything could be happening in or near the darkened dance area of The Big Room, Lia’s general sense is that deals are probably best done in the Lounge, peoples movements and body language suggests that while many people are just sitting there drinking and chilling, some are talking business and other serious matters.  For comparison, the Bar seems too fluid an environment – it might be a suitable place to make a drugs pass, for example, but not to negotiate one.
